JHD is going South for the winter!
Jenni is moving all of the boarders and training horses to Chris Carlough's Rising Glory Farm for the winter months. Although RGF is only 10 miles south- the amazing indoor arena will make us all happy to be in Tennessee in January and February! Move date is Jan 1 so come one and come all! |

Wow--What a busy year!!!
We finished up the show season with the Cedar Hills Pony Club Combined Test and Dressage show November 15-16, 2008. Congrats to all! Mom and daughter pair Lauren and Susan Paffrath finished the dressage show winning both of their classes, Jessica Chrestman received blue in her first ever First Level Test 4! Susannah Cooper took her new mare Tay to her second show- upping her dressage score by 20 points! Anna Holder took Lil into a really tough Training level division and looked great!!
The Halloween Show was a HUGE success!! We new we were in for a long day when the first performance class of the day- Halter had 26 entries!!! We had a great time seeing how diversified the horses really were! More participants rode English in the barrels and poles than Western in some divisions! Congratulations to everyone and a HUGE thank you to Chris Carlough and the staff at Rising Glory Farm and also to our judge- Robin Winkler! There were many behind the scenes people that contributed to a successful day!( Especially Lishia Holder and Jessica and Jeremy List!) Thanks!!!!!!! |

Congrats to Pam Herzberg's mare Art's Genuine Jazz. She was reserve champion Quarter Horse at Ole South Dressage Classic in August. Also- she and Jenni were the highest scoring team at the Chasing the Muse Schooling Show with a 77.0%. Jazz has finished training with Jenni and has moved to her new home in Molino, FL. We will miss her!!
Student Sonya Powell took her new horse to its first schooling show Sept 27. She won both of her classes with a 70.5 and a 73.0. Way to go Sonya and Rusty!!
New student Colleen Cuzzone took her horse Zak to the same show. Both Colleen and Zak are new to dressage and pulled off a 64.5 in their first ever dressage class! Also Juniors' Lauren Paffrath on her pony Lucky Charm and Annie Holder on Lil Charge Tag did a great job at their first show ever! Way to go Jenni Hogan Dressage students and good luck on their budding dressage carreers! |
